Just in case anyone else out there runs into this, there is a bug in the incremental upgrade process when making the jump from 6.0.1 CF1 to 6.0.2 on the Windows platform. Apparently, the 6.0.1 to 6.0.1 CF1 upgrade backs up the file dconsole.jar, as \Release601\dconsole059.IIB - while the incremental upgrade to 6.0.2 CF1 (the only 6.0.1.x to 6.0.2.x upgrade available) looks for the file \Release601\dconsole000.IIB to perform its upgrade.
If you copy \Release601\dconsole059.IIB to \Release601\dconsole000.IIB, it resolves the issue and allows the upgrade to go through.
You might want to document this with your Help Desk... they told me I had to do a full overlay to resolve it (which for this particular system is a real pain) - so I fixed it on my own.
BTW, I really like the 6.0.2 CFx to 6.0.3 installer - that model works a lot better now that we're dealing with so many different releases... it's a real mess out here!!!!
